Key Responsibilities

• Development & Maintenance:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, Rust, and other cutting-edge frontend frameworks. Ensure applications are scalable and optimized for performance.

• Collaboration:

Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

• Code Quality & Mentorship:

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality standards.

• Problem Solving & Debugging:

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems and data pipelines.

• Innovation & Best Practices:

Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance user experience and application performance.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:

7-8 years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in data-intensive applications.

• Technical Skills:
• ReactJS: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience building complex web applications.
• Rust: Proven experience with Rust, especially in scenarios involving data handling and performance-critical applications.
• Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
• Core Competencies:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.
• Solid grasp of software development methodologies (preferably Agile) and best practices.
• Communication & Collaboration:

Effective verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate in team environments.
