Senior Salesforce CPQ + FSL

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions to meet the company's needs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CPQ, Billing, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of Salesforce-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Salesforce Solutions: Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to design, develop, and deploy custom solutions in Salesforce using CPQ, Billing.
• Configure CPQ and Billing Modules: Customize and configure Salesforce CPQ and Billing modules to meet the specific business requirements.
• Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Automation and Optimization: Leverage Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to automate processes, create workflows, and build user-friendly UIs.
• Code Reviews and Best Practices: Ensure code quality through unit testing, debugging, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their Salesforce development skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Developer (Platform Developer I)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security, and data model architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools REST/SOAP APIs, or similar middleware technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or CPQ Advanced Specialist Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Billing and Revenue Cloud.
• Field Service Lightning Consultant Certification.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, or similar.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
