TITLE: Clinical Data Managers

LOCATION: Hybrid / Hyderabad / Bangalore

Primary Job Function

Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single/multi-service projects with minimal guidance, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget, to customer satisfaction. Provide comprehensive data management expertise to Clinical Data Management (CDM) team to provide high-quality data management products that meet customer needs. Provide leadership to the team in the areas of project planning, execution, and close-out; financial management; communications; and milestone deliverables. Perform role of Data Team Lead (DTL). Comply with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), applicable regulatory guidelines, SOPs, policies, and, where available, CDM guidance documents.

Job Description:

• Overall, 8-10 years of CDM experience with excellent technical knowledge of startup, conduct and close out activities.
• Should have independently handled all the go live activities. Hands on experience of creation of data transfer specification, user requirement specification, test script creation, UAT, handling of all database lock activities, working with third party vendors on reconciliation issues, managing discussions with larger study teams.
• Should have ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Must have thorough knowledge and experience of Rave EDC.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree Health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or related field Required.
