Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide training to nurses on various aspects of patient care, including critical care, emergency response, ICU procedures, and ICCU management.
  
• Develop and implement effective training programs for new hires and existing staff members.
  
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

***System Knowledge in MS Office Must***

Should have Bed Side experience
