Role Overview: As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in the data science team and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end data science process, from data collection and analysis to model development and implementation.

Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that inform business strategy and improve operational efficiency.

What You Will Do.

End-to-End Project Leadership: Own the complete life cycle of data science initiatives, from ideation and data collection to model development, deployment, and performance monitoring.

Hands-On Development: Actively engage in coding and development, employing advanced programming skills to build, test, and refine predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of data science solutions into our platform, driving significant improvements in logistics operations.

Innovation and Best Practices: Champion the adoption of state-of-the-art data science methodologies, tools, and best practices, maintaining our competitive edge in the logistics tech sector.

Strategic Influence: Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, playing a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the company.

What You Ll Need To Succeed.

Master's or Ph.D.

in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Over 2 years of experience in data science, including hands-on expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and analytics.

Demonstrated ability in leading data science projects from conception through implementation and evaluation, with a portfolio of successful initiatives.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and familiarity with data science and machine learning frameworks (e g, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously, taking initiative in high-stakes scenarios.

Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
