Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making recommendations for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and solutions for clients.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  
• Develop strong understanding of client needs through active listening and empathetic approach.
• After sale service request and solution.
• Leads generation and forwarding to B2B and B2C for closure.
• Website query and solution.
• Website problem, missing details to identify and close.
• Will share sheets of daily calls with concerned department.
• Customer calls incoming and outgoing regarding payments, offers, delivery, rearrange, deliveries.
• Any queries/complaints through customer should be resolved in 24 hours if not should be escalated.
• Feedback from customer, if positive then Okay, If negative then find the reason and escalate.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, able to analyze complex data sets.
  
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective relationship building.
