Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Client Prospect Insights : Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and analyze their customer prospects behavior, helping define and refine the brand s positioning in the market.
Differentiation Strategy : Craft strategies that clearly distinguish our brand from competitors and highlight its unique value proposition.
Brand Voice Guidelines : Develop and define brand voice guidelines that shape how our brand communicates online and offline, including terminology and slogans.
Creative Briefing : Provide clear and detailed briefs to the creative team for marketing projects, including ebooks, email campaigns, and advertising banners.
Competitive Research : Conduct thorough research on competitors to identify our brands strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Promotional Campaigns : Design and implement promotional campaigns for new products and markets, ensuring brand consistency.
Social Media Strategy : Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Campaign Performance Assessment : Monitor and evaluate the success of advertising campaigns, events, and other promotional activities.
Market Trend Analysis : Stay updated on market trends and identify new opportunities or challenges to enhance brand positioning.
