Job Description
* Plan and prioritize testing activities
* Coordinate with the Design team to discuss verification protocols
* Identify weaknesses and problem areas in the software application
* Suggest automated software test procedures, including the use of the Karate framework and Gherkin language
* Track software bugs and investigate their causes
* Prepare automation scripts using the Karate framework
* Troubleshoot automation software issues
* Create test plans and cases, incorporating Gherkin syntax for readability and ease of use
* Prepare detailed test reports
* Prioritize and execute tests
* Review technical specifications and design documents
* Conduct regression testing when needed
* Monitor assurance metrics and process results
Requirements: * Bachelor s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field
* Previous experience working as a QA automation engineer
* Advanced programming skills, including automation systems and databases
* Familiarity with programming script languages, including Java
* Experience with the Karate framework and Gherkin language is a significant advantage
* Excellent analytical skills
* Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
