Front Office Executive cum Travel coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained and reordered as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and budget guidelines.
• Handle any changes or cancellations to travel plans and ensure the employees are informed promptly.
• Ensure the smooth coordination of travel logistics, including any necessary reimbursements or travel-related paperwork.
• Supervise the daily operations of the Food & Beverage (F&B) staff, ensuring high levels of service and quality.
