Instrumentation Engineer / Manager

Role & responsibilities

Should have knowledge of PLC / DCS / SCADA based operation

Should have experience in process automation

Monitoring & Completing corrective preventive maintenance activities

Monitoring & attending to instrument trouble shooting problems & operations

Position take care of all instrumentation activities of the plants for equipment maintenance & repairs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for concerned equipment maintenance work of the factory
• Responsible for good maintenance practices at respective work
• Monitoring preventive maintenance activities
• Completing corrective and preventive actions plans
• To check and control over materials related to concerned maintenance work.
• Responsible for environmental aspects, impacts & identification of Risk over production process
• Responsible for implementation and monitoring of Safety Standards during concerned maintenance process
• Ensure all employees from the plant wear the required PPE & follow the best safety practices
• Ensure that work permit system follow strictly
• Ensure necessary safety trainings are given to employees from him/safety department
