Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:

• Keyword Research & Analysis:
  
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for target audience.
• Analyze competitor keyword usage and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Track keyword rankings and performance over time.
• SEO Tools & Software:
  
• Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Utilize SEO tools to gather data, analyze website performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• SEO Audit & Optimization:
  
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., broken links, crawl errors, mobile-friendliness).
• On-page optimization: Optimize website content (titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text) for search engines.
• Off-page optimization: Build high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
• Link Building & Outreach:
  
• Develop and execute link-building strategies, including guest blogging, influencer outreach, and content marketing.
• Build relationships with other websites and online communities to generate backlinks.
• Content Creation & Marketing:
  
• Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content (blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts).
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of content.
• Promote content through social media and other channels.
• SEO Metrics & Reporting:
  
• Track and analyze key SEO metrics (e.g., organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rate, conversion rates).
• Generate regular reports on SEO performance and campaign results.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
• Technical SEO & Web Development:
  
• Work with web developers to ensure website technical SEO best practices (e.g., site speed, mobile-friendliness, XML sitemaps).
• Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations.
• Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels (search, social media, email, etc.).
• Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
• Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Website & Social Media Management:
  
• Manage the company's website and social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Create engaging social media content and run social media campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to social media mentions and comments.
• Industry Trends:
  
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry news.
• Continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance digital marketing expertise.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with SEO tools and software (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a 1 team.
