Role & responsibilities

Reach out to potential customers via calls and introduce them to our products.

• Engage with customers, understand their skincare needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Convert leads into successful purchases by guiding customers through the buying process.
• Address customer queries, provide detailed product information, and ensure a seamless experience.
• Work towards achieving sales targets.
• Gather customer insights and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance customer engagement and optimize outreach efforts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers passionate about sales, skincare, and the beauty industry.
• Graduates from any discipline with strong communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory).
• Confident, customer-friendly, and proactive individuals with a sales-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to challenges.
