Skills Required
- 2+ years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
- 2+ years of experience with AWS, specifically S3, EC2, and EMR.
- 2+ years of experience with Spark, HDFS, and related large data technologies.
- Must be self-directed and self-motivated, capable of working and learning independently.
- Strong background in mathematics and algorithms, particularly for Machine Learning.
- 2+ years of overall experience.
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
- Contributions to open-source projects that can be reviewed are a plus.
- Fluent in C, C++, Python.
- Excellent knowledge in Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning.
- Familiar with reading and coding assembly.
- Good knowledge of NumPy, Halide, BLAS, Eigen.
- 1-3 years of experience developing deep learning models using tools such as Caffe, TensorFlow, Theano, Torch, Keras.
- Must possess a strong background in Machine Learning.
- Experience with GPU computing (CUDA) and deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, Caffe, Theano) is a plus.
- BS and MS in Computer Science or a related field with research in machine learning.
- Thrive in an Agile, highly collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
- Enjoy solving challenging problems on a global scale.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop robust processes for deploying deep learning architectures across various business domains.
- Collaborate closely with customers to adapt their deep learning requirements to FPGA.
- Design novel deep learning architectures to enhance the potential for scientific discoveries across diverse fields.
- Balance customer requirements with resource constraints, ensuring practical solutions and clear understanding of limitations.
- Interact with clients, third-party vendors, technology partners, and internal project stakeholders to comprehend requirements, implement solutions, and present results.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Development teams, sales, and marketing, to develop estimates and overall solution implementation plans.
- Engage with inter-organizational contacts and external customers.
- Provide input on technical issues for specific projects, including preparing and presenting technical reports.
- Offer data science services to Bain case teams and clients globally.
- Construct learning systems for analyzing real-time and offline datasets, making predictions, or offering recommendations.
- Assemble complex datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
- Develop software modules based on algorithms and validate them against real data.
- Take ownership of a significant part of the team s solution development.
- Work in a modern agile DevOps environment to deliver well-planned, tested, documented, and maintainable code, utilizing JIRA, Git, and CI/CD technologies.
- Design solution architecture in collaboration with team leads, focusing on AWS/Azure cloud solutions, and integrating/deploying into other environments.
- Share insights with team members in AAG ML/data engineering about theoretical and technical developments in the rapidly evolving field.
- Collaborate with the open-source community and contribute to creating a great working environment that attracts other skilled engineering colleagues.

Educational Qualifications
