Job Description:
We are offering a 3-month paid HR internship for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team at a leading real estate company. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in HR functions and support in recruitment, employee engagement, and other HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Support in employee engagement initiatives and HR administrative tasks.
• Maintain HR records and databases.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Immediate joiners only.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a keen interest in HR practices.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
