We are looking for an ingenious Salesforce Architect to join our Salesforce Studio. What you can expect in the role: -
- Leads collaboration with the clients and Globant Pods to thoroughly understand market needs and product requirements.
- Controls the representation of the product in the design and development process, ensuring product integrity throughout the product life cycle.
- Participation in pre sales and business development actively seeking new opportunities.
- Lead sound agile product management/ownership aspects and tasks such as vision, inception, product strategy, release plan, backlog management, agile requirements, life cycle management and change management.
- Serves as client advocate, providing expertise to technical and business audiences to help resolve client or team issues as well as highlighting risks.
- Coach and mentor, follow up, and feedback of team members.
- Leads thought leadership exercises and suggests opportunities for improvement.
- Negotiator: Creatively pursues and eectively presents win-win scenarios for client, multiple PODs and Globant.
- Client-oriented: Through solid business acumen, builds empathy and cherishes the value of maintaining a good relationship with the client, centered in value outcome.

- What do we expect from you:
- 8+ years of experience developing in the Salesforce.com environment
- Must have leading experience for atleast 2 years
- Must do solutioning and designing of Salesforce Applications.
- 4+ years of experience in SFDC Development using Visualforce, Apex classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Apex Design patterns, etc.
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Conguration and Administration: User, Role, Prole, Permission Set, Page Layout etc
- 3+ years of experience programming JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- 3+ years of experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Implementation. Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com s products such as Sales Cloud , Service Cloud and Force.com product oerings.
- 2 years of experience programming OO languages (Java, C#)
- Applied knowledge of Lightning Web Component (LWC) or Lightning Aura Component
- Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP and REST), API, SSO
- Experience with unit testing frameworks
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com s SOQL and SOSL
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com s Web Services
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com s security model
- Experience with database concepts and data modeling capabilities
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast pace environment
- Solid Java experience is a plus
- Selenium, JUnit, or any other testing automation framework is a plus
