Fullstack Software Developer

The ideal candidate should be a very experienced full-stack software developer in the field of web applications with several years of practical experience with frontend and backend technologies, and well versed in software development processes, software architectures, build procedures and CI/CD.

Role & responsibilities

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and implement customer requirements in our new architectural setup.
• Engage in discussions to architect technical solutions and bring them to life.

Ownership and Responsibility:

• Take ownership of features within microservices, overseeing the entire development lifecycle from conception to production.
• Embrace and promote DevOps culture by actively participating in the continuous improvement of development processes.

Agile Development:

• Align with product owners and team members to comprehend the business requirements of our global customer base.
• Be an integral part of a cross-functional agile team, contributing to the implementation of business requirements for our microservices.

Engineering Culture:

• Shape and cultivate an engineering culture that adheres to best practices, including TDD, CI/CD, and other relevant methodologies.
• Act as a proactive advocate for the agile mindset, fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the entire organization

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Proficiency:

• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Java and Java open-source frameworks, such as Spring and Spring Boot.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Typescript, Angular JS, Node JS, and UI/UX.
• DevOps experience

Technology Stack:

• Comfortable with tools and technologies like Maven, JUnit, REST API, design patterns, and databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with microservices architecture and established patterns.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and data streaming using Kafka.
• Openness to working with AWS, CI/CD Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Istio.
