Job Title: Asst. Manager / Manager
Location: Mumbai Andheri East (Chakala)
Department: Cyber Security
Reports To: Director – Cyber Security

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy in alignment with ISO 27001 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
• Establish and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard sensitive information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity practices into business operations and decision-making.
• Provide business advisory on cybersecurity matters, helping stakeholders understand risks and best practices.
• Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with IT and other departments to address security breaches effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to ensure the organization remains resilient.
• Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity risks and protocols.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of cybersecurity initiatives and compliance with ISO 27001.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• ISO 27001 certification is required. Experience in cybersecurity management or related fields.
• Proven experience in business advisory roles, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with risk management and incident response planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Additional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.
