Site Engineer Civil

We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer (Civil) with experience in site execution, supervision, and coordination. You will be responsible for managing construction activities, ensuring timely completion of projects, maintaining quality standards, and overseeing resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all working agencies on the project.
• Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to construction drawings and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate teams to complete tasks within set timelines.
• Plan and track material procurement for upcoming tasks.
• Implement value engineering to ensure projects stay within the budget.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on-site.
• Develop and maintain project tracking charts to monitor progress.
• Validate preliminary estimates and cost plans, ensuring adherence to the agreed budgets.
• Optimize the use of resources and manage contractor/vendor relationships.

Key Skills:

• Site execution, civil supervision, and labour management.
• Bar bending schedule, project planning, and cost control.

• Ability to monitor and track project timelines and resources effectively.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-10 years of experience in site execution and project coordination in the construction industry.
