Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, bond amortizations, fund accounting and depreciation schedules via Yardi.
• Analyze and prepare monthly GAAP financial statements, including all supporting schedules as required.
• Analyze and reimburse year-end expense reconciliations from landlords, delegating reconciliation research to staff as able.
• Perform reconciliations, periodic reporting and preparation of year end statements ..
• Must have knowledge of RERA .
• Handling Taxation and GST work.
• Daily Entry and issue of cheques.

Preferred candidate profile

Must be from real estate industry with 5-7 years exp.
