Project Engineer (HVAC/AHU) - Mumbai (Daikin Group)

The Project Engineer will oversee and coordinate the assembly of Air Handling Units (AHU). He will ensure project goals are met, maintain communication with clients and assembly teams, and monitor the progress and quality of work at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Coordination with Assembly Team:

• Collaborate with the assembly team to ensure efficient and timely assembly of AHUs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the assembly team.
• Ensure that all assembly activities are performed in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.

2. Site Status Updates:

• Monitor and document daily site activities and progress.
• Prepare and submit daily site status reports to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
• Identify and report any potential issues or delays promptly.

3. Client Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project progress, address client inquiries, and manage expectations. Ensure LD is not levied and extra claims are approved through regular, written communication.
• Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project status and resolve any concerns.

5. Factory Coordination and Follow-Up:

• Liaise with the factory to ensure timely dispatch of materials and equipment.
• Track and report on the status of equipment and materials from the factory to the site.
• Ensure all factory-related updates are communicated effectively to the project team and clients.
