Job Description
- Develop, customize, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SharePoint Online solutions.
- Design, develop, customize, and implement SharePoint Online sites, workflows, lists, libraries, and web parts to meet business needs.
- Configure and manage SharePoint Online features, including but not limited to site collections, permissions, content types, and metadata.
- Integrate SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party systems as needed.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure SharePoint solutions adhere to best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online configuration, customization, and integration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT teams, including infrastructure, security, and support, to ensure seamless operation and integration of SharePoint Online solutions.
- Stay current with the latest developments in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and related technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer or similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience developing SharePoint solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and capabilities.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer, Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate, or similar are a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
