Venture Builder - Senior Product Manager

WHAT YOU LL BE DOING

• Lead the product strategy AND most importantly, execution (we are a firm believer of Execution is strategy , and thus this role will be very hands on, to drive tech team to implementation
• Collaborate with the founding team and Heads of Departments to define and steer the strategic objectives and north stars
• Build consensus and energy on Product lead growth and how to achieve it

Product Strategy and Management

• Deliver transformational products (strategy and execution), which can alter the landscape of Travel convenience, and deliver Product Led Growth
• Generate superior consumer insights, with a real ear to the ground (we don t believe in agencies and surveys)
• Develop and execute data-driven product roadmaps that align with company goals
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from planning and design to technical development, testing, and launch.
• Continuously monitor and analyze product feedback to prioritize and refine features.
  
  

• A strong ear on what customer is doing/saying/asking - Very important to be connected to customers, especially via Facebook/Quora/Reddit communities
• Roll up your sleeves and get the job done!
• Hustle and collaboration - We are stronger together and we learn when we do it ourselves!
• MVP and iterative style of product building - nothing will ever be perfect. Launch, fail, learn, repeat, till you succeed!

• Experience : 4-6 years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably within the travel tech industry
• Ownership : A proactive approach with the ability to manage complex tech projects independently.
• Detail-Oriented : A keen eye for detail, ensuring critical aspects aren t overlooked.
• Technical Acumen : Strong understanding of the architecture and databases behind scalable, complex applications.
• Stakeholder Management : Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Delivery-Oriented : Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
• Preferred: an IIT degree (top 7) with a strong ability to think strategic, and execute quickly (not a MUST HAVE though)
