Immediate need For Performance Test Architect /Lead

Please go through the job description .We are hiring for Performance Test Lead/Architect/Manager .

JMeter, LR &APM

1. Looking for a Test Lead with 8+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.

2. Experience in Designing scenarios and Test cases by using JMeter, Load Runner tools

3. Experience in publishing plans and strategies for both PT & PE

4. Experience in working with Monitoring and APM tools like.. AppDynamics, Dynatrace etc..

5. Experience in writing custom codes for script handling and for other customizations

6. Strong communication and analytic skills

7. Ability to do multi-tasks.

Role Specific Skills:
Prepare high level plan aligning with release/delivery schedules
Identify test data needs and build a solution to create test data as needed
Develop, debug and enhance test scripts to ensure scripts work as per business process expectations with tools like LoadRunner, JMeter & NeoLoad
Develop and execute performance tests including load, stress, endurance
Identify, report, and review defects in assessing system performance and stability
Able to understand Test strategy and ensuring tests are complete as per the agreed scope
Create Performance test reports with client-side, server-side metrics and provide first level of analysis on performance issues
Working experience with Application Performance Management tools( like SolarWinds, New Relic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, performance center)
Experience with Designing different Test Scenarios by following the defined workload model
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Providing regular status updates.
