Embedded Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with 8-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in C++/C and Python, with extensive experience working on Bare metal/ Linux /RTOS platforms.

Experience with Embedded Processors/Controller based controllers, is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and development of complex software systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and system components.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the software architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into the architectural design when appropriate.

Must Have:

• Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electronics / EEE/ CSE Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 6-10 years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Programming Languages: Proficient in C++/C and experience using Python.
• Operating Systems: Extensive experience with RTOS/Linux .
• Hardware Platforms: Experience with Embedded Controllers like TI/ARM-based controllers.
• Domain Expertise: Strong background in either AUTOMOTIVE Electronics /Semiconductor/Aerospace/Intelligence IOT .
• Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable:

• Exposure to DSP application development
• Experience in Audio software Development
• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence applications
