Marketing & Content Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Content Lead who will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategies while creating compelling content to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in SEO-driven content strategy, LinkedIn ad campaigns, digital marketing, and brand storytelling .

This is a lead role with an opportunity to take ownership of both marketing and content efforts at RightOrigins.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Execution

• Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including branding, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine and adjust marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (including digital marketing, content marketing, events, webinars, and more as required) to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns and other paid digital marketing efforts .
• Implement SEO and SEM best practices to improve organic search rankings and traffic.

Content Development Management

• Create and oversee engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, etc.).
• Develop a strong content calendar to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with designers and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Ensure content aligns with ESG, sustainability, and supply chain traceability topics where relevant.

Brand Positioning Thought Leadership

• Position RightOrigins as an industry thought leader in supply chain transparency and ESG compliance.
• Identify speaking opportunities, guest blogging, and partnerships for content amplification.
• Work on PR strategies and media engagement to improve brand reputation.

Qualifications Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of SEO, LinkedIn ad campaigns, PPC, and social media marketing .
• Proven experience in content marketing and storytelling .
• Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and other marketing tools .
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
• Experience in B2B marketing (preferably in SaaS, ESG, or supply chain tech domains) is a plus.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment .
• Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, and supply chain trends .
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
