E-commerce Executive (Agra)

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across various Indian marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing day to day marketplace operations, QC and dispatch etc

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle orders, returns, and customer inquiries efficiently.
• Oversee quality control (QC) processes for products before dispatch.
• Manage product listings, pricing, and catalog updates across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
• Stay updated with policies, tools, and techniques of major marketplaces.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience with Indian e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace policies, algorithms, and tools.
• Expertise in managing warehouse and quality check.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
