Based out of Chennai.Responsibilities:

Stock Control:
Implement and maintain effective stock control procedures to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstocks.
Monitor inventory levels regularly and adjust stock orders as needed.
Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
Inventory Control:
Develop and implement inventory control strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize costs.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement inventory management software or systems to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
Inventory Management:
Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory items.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of products.
Manage warehouse space effectively to maximize storage capacity.
Operations Management:
Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.
Monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
