We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring seamless performance on both iOS and Android platforms. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build sophisticated, scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to develop and improve new and existing features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that ensures high performance and responsiveness of applications.

- Translate design wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code.

- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, suggesting improvements and adding new features to enhance system efficiency.

- Use MVC and MVVM architectures for maintainable, testable, and functional software development.

- Explore and suggest feasible architectures for new feature implementations.

- Write efficient queries for core data and optimize data structures for space and time efficiency.

- Utilize CI/CD pipelines for smooth app deployment and versioning.

- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and help improve coding standards.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : 3-4 years of experience as a Flutter Developer with strong knowledge of Dart.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Flutter, Dart, Android Studio, and Xcode.

- Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or GetX.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating them into mobile applications.

- Experience in mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms.

- Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.

- Solid experience with debugging tools, CI/CD pipelines, and app deployment.

- Knowledge of Gradle for native app development and package management.

Good to Have :

- Experience with native Android and iOS development.

- Knowledge of data management solutions such as SQLite, Firebase, and Cloud Firestore.

- Familiarity with app store submission processes for both Google Play and the Apple App Store.
