Social Media Marketing Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Social Media Management: Help manage and update our social media accounts, ensuring timely posting and audience engagement.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, monitor performance, and suggest improvements.
• Analytics: Track social media metrics and analyze performance to help optimize future content and campaigns.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and help implement them in our strategies.
• Community Engagement: Assist in managing customer interactions, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

• A passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of major social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus.
• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
