We are looking for candidates who have experience in Project sales / Institutional Sales (Hotels, Club House, Hospitals, Resorts, Hostels, Medical colleges.) / HVAC Sales
Responsibilities:
- Having Command in Project sales (Through Contact with Builders, Architectures, Interior designer, Turn key contractors, HVAC consultants, MEP consultants).
- Be energetic and have travelled to all major Commercial & industrial estates of [State].
- Have experience gate crashing & should know gate crashing techniques.
- Have objection handling skills and be able to build good rapport with the customers.
- Be able to Negotiate and close the deal.
- Product Currently dealing with - Air Conditioning,VRV, VRF, AHU, will be on priority.
