Key Deliverables and Mandate:

- Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a robust technology strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's business goals and objectives. Champion technology innovation across product and service lines.

- Technology Stack Management and Optimization: Oversee the continuous improvement, security, and scalability of the company's technology stack

- Innovation and R&D: Foster a culture of experimentation, identifying and evaluating emerging technologies with transformative potential. Lead and support research and development efforts.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in fast-paced technology companies, with a proven track record of success.

- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern software development practices, architectures (e.g., microservices, cloud-native), and relevant technologies (React, Node.js, Flutter, Google Cloud, databases), Agile software development and DevOps practices, IT Infrastructure management. Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts and applications.

- Strategic Acumen: Ability to translate business goals into actionable technology strategies and roadmaps. Budget and operational finance management.

- Leadership: Exceptional ability to attract, develop, and motivate top-tier technology talent. A collaborative leadership style that promotes inclusivity and innovation.

- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Education: IIT preferred
