Job Description


Role: Chief Manager - Learning & Development (Broking Vertical)


Job location: Parel, Mumbai


Key Responsibilities:


Designing Domain and Functional Learning Programs for Skill Development

    • Develop and update relevant, technically complete content for learning interventions.
    • Design and deliver learning modules, workshops, and training programs for employees and channel partners.
    • Assess the success of development plans to help employees and channel partners maximize learning opportunities.
    • Identify business challenges and create certification workshops for employees and channel partners across various lines of business (LOB).
    • Training Delivery
    • Ensure effective training delivery to enhance retention and application of learned content.
    • Constantly improve subject knowledge and gather real-world business scenarios to make training programs relevant.
    • Select appropriate target audiences for training sessions.
    • Deliver competency-based blended Learning and Development Programs (LDP) for employees and channel partners.
    • Drive digital learning initiatives for in-house developed digital courses.
    • Developing and Implementing Learning Strategies and Programs
    • Create and execute company-wide learning strategies and programs aligned with business goals.
    • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs and implement various learning methods such as certifications, virtual training, etc.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to address training requirements within the broking vertical.
    • Designing Advanced Programs for Senior Employees and Channel Partners
    • Hire and manage domain specialists for advanced training programs.
    • Build relationships with external training providers (e.g., NIA, IIMs) to deliver best-in-class programs.
    • Implement programs based on competency needs of senior employees and nominated channel partners.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Successful design and delivery of learning modules and workshops.
  • Effectiveness of training delivery, including audience engagement and retention.
  • Successful implementation of competency-based programs for employees and channel partners.
  • Increased business productivity through improved knowledge and skills.
  • Strong relationships with third-party training providers for high-quality programs.

  • Broking Employees and Brokers
    • Nature of Interaction: Gathering knowledge, verifying content, implementing training objectives.
    • Frequency of Interaction: As needed.
    • Organizational Impact: Higher business productivity through enhanced learning and skill development.
