- 7-10 years of experience in the Biogas industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Lead and oversee biogas projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to facilitate project execution and compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and evaluations to assess project performance and ensure adherence to established standards and specifications.
- Prepare and present project status reports, including key milestones, deliverables, and financial metrics, to senior management and project stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Adhere to Adani's values and culture, promoting sustainability, innovation, and ethical business practices in all project activities.

The novelty of working inside an airport never wears off. The legal team is not very large and aviation work is always varied and interesting, so there’s very little scope for getting bored.
The HR policies of the company are dictated by the Adani group (which runs Mumbai airport), which is headquartered at Ahmedabad.
