Lead Process Development

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Identify, and carry out technical evaluation of potential suppliers based on technical capabilities, quality, reliability, etc.
• Conduct thorough technical assessments of capabilities of potential suppliers' and their vendor s across all battery components such as Cell, Pack, Container, thermal systems etc.
• Coordinate with local teams across production, quality assurance and Techno-commercial teams to align supply chain activities
• Effectively support the negotiation of agreements with suppliers.
• Proactively monitor and manage supplier performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly, identify opportunities to reduce supply chain risks.
• Support in identification and development of technology solutions for optimized battery performance including setting up pilot facilities at supplier s end if required
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices
• Conduct technical reviews and assessments to identify areas for enhancement and optimization
