Work Hours:

• Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Role & responsibilities

• Record all business transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, purchase orders, etc.).
• Keep bank accounts up to date by posting daily transactions and reconciling bank statements.
• Maintain basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant accounting terms.
• Update accounts payable and ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts payable and financial statements.
• Maintain organized records and files for all accounting documentation, ensuring easy access and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in using Tally ERP for accounting and financial management.
• Good command over MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with banking procedures and e-way bill generation.
• Any UG and PG.
• 1-5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance, preferably in a similar role.
