Job Responsibility_Customer overdue amount recovery
An account executive responsible for customer payment recovery manages the process of collecting overdue payments from customers. They ensure that accounts are handled in accordance with company policies and legal regulations and the executive should have good email drafting skills.
Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers: Contact customers who are behind on payments and inform them of their unpaid
• Negotiate repayment plans: Work with customers to create recovery plans
• Initiate legal proceedings: If necessary, start legal proceedings to recover the debt
• Monitor payment status: Review payment status, credit terms, and credit limits
• Resolve disputes: Work with customers to resolve disputes and grievances
• Build rapport with customers: Maintain a good relationship with customers to ensure timely payment recovery
• Implement improvements: Identify opportunities to improve the process and make it more efficient

Skills excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, understanding of collection processes, knowledge of credit terms and credit limits, and ability to identify potential debt recovery issues.
