Cheran Groups is seeking a skilled Purchase Executive/Officer for our Coimbatore location.

Position: Purchase Officer

Experience: 4+ years in Manufacturing Industry / Civil Construction

Package: Up to 6 LPA

Location: Coimbatore

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify potential suppliers, comparing prices, delivery times, and quality of goods and services.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations.
• Resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate orders as needed.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide regular updates to management on purchase progress.

Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or any Postgraduate.
• Proven experience as a Purchase Executive / Officer in the Manufacturing or related Industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
