Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
1. Preparation of technical, pricing & commercial bids in consultation with Sales & Marketing Head
2. Follow-up of Pending quotes
3. Handling offer submission
1. Preparation of technical, pricing & commercial bids in consultation with Sales & Marketing Head
- Understand the customer requirements
- Understand the RFQ
- Prepare quotes based on the customer requirements and RFQ and get it approved by the Sales & Marketing Head.
2. Follow up of Pending Quotes
- Follow-up with the Field Sales Team regarding the pending quotes
- Analyse the pending quotes
- Have technical discussion with consultants and the field sales team
- Send weekly and monthly reports to the Sales and Marketing Head
3. Handling offer submission
- Ensuring that offer submission is done on time
- Complete pre-order and post-order documentation
