Billing Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Generate invoices for clients using billing software
2. Process payments and reconcile accounts
3. Resolve billing issues and disputes with clients
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and documentation
5. Monitor and track the billing process to ensure timely and accurate billing
6. Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and resolve billing issues
