Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate and timely invoices based on provided data and service records.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of billing information before issuing invoices.
• Implement and maintain efficient billing processes.
• Work closely with various departments to gather necessary billing information.
• Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures.
• Receive and process payments from clients.
• Reconcile payments with invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns related to billing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and related transactions.

Requirement:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication (English & Marathi) and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with billing software and financial systems.

Salary- 25,000
