Position Overview:

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in managing financial operations, audits, taxation, and compliance. You will also support our clients with expert advisory services, fostering strong relationships while contributing to their financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting, Audit & Financial Reporting

• Manage accounting and monthly reporting for allocated clients.
• Utilize advanced accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office for accurate record-keeping.
• Execute Statutory, Tax for various clients across industries
• Having practical experience in preparation and finalize financial statements in compliance with corporate laws, Accounting Standards (AS), and Ind-AS.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

• Income Tax & TDS Compliances
• Experience in GST Returns/GST audits/Litigation

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Semi Qualified & Chartered Accountant with 2 years of experience in auditing, accounting, direct taxation, and indirect taxation.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Proficient in Accounting Standards (AS) and Ind-AS.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST laws.
• Expert knowledge of audit processes, including statutory, tax, and GST
