Role & responsibilities-

1.Ensure timely monthly accounts closure activities

2.Preparation of quarterly/yearly financial statement as per Ind AS

3.Engage with statutory auditors and ensure completion of audit on time without any observation

4.Manage and monitor cash flow, ensuring liquidity to meet operational needs

5.Oversee financing arrangements, including short-term and long-term debt, and manage banking relationships.

6.Strong focus on working capital management

7.Support internal auditors and take appropriate actions on recommendations

8.Monitor and review the companys general ledger, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end GL reconciliation

9.Strong understanding of tax regulations, accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS), and compliance requirements

10.Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

11.Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial reporting tools

12.Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

Qualifications:

1.Chartered Accountant having minimum 2-5 years of post CA experience
