IT Support Manager - Europe
What You Will Be DoingAs an IT Service Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for IT support, providing technical assistance to end users and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a critical role in resolving system issues, managing IT assets, and supporting enterprise applications while collaborating with IT teams to enhance efficiency and service quality. Your responsibilities include:
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Administrator with experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system administration. You should have hands-on expertise in tools such as Microsoft 365, Okta, Kandji, Intune, JumpCloud, and FreshService, with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently and provide high-quality end-user support.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach are essential. You will work as part of a global IT team, collaborating with cross-functional teams while independently managing your daily tasks. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and new technologies will be key to success in this role.
A Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant industry certifications. This role requires a commitment to on-site work in the Bangalore office for 4 days per week, with flexibility to handle additional tasks as needed.
