Job Description
- You get to work closely with our amazing product design and visual design teams to develop UX content for all user touchpoints including onboarding, app screens, in-app videos, and animations. Your day-to-day work will also involve working on FAQs, error messages, in-app surveys, and notifications for different features.
- We hope you have done your fair share of research because our UX research team is waiting to collaborate with you to gather insights on app content and test new flows for user feedback. Play an integral part in gathering insights about the attitudes, emotions, and behaviors of people who use our products to inspire and inform design.
- As a part of the UX writing team, you will be working on the content style guide and process as well as managing the localization of the written and visual app content.
- To create a cohesive brand narrative and voice you will collaborate with stakeholders from marketing and customer support teams to create a seamless end-to-end experience for the users.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in UX writing in product or web experiences.
- Past experience in any form of content writing or copywriting.
- Understand key product strategy metrics and tie them into the content strategy.
- Understand data and leverage it to create short and long-term content strategies.
- Possess expertise beyond writing for solving user problems by figuring out all the variables involved, and describing them with brevity and clear actions.
