AWS Data Engineer - SQL/Python (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- Deep understanding of big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.

- Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, Glue, EMR) and/or Azure (ADF, ADLS2, SQL Data Warehouse or Synapse)

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Pyspark, & SQL

- Experience in Data Modeling - Star schema, snowflake schema, normalisation, and denormalisation

- Data governance and security experience - Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Encryption & Access Controls

- Extensive experience in developing and deploying data models, pipelines, and algorithms.

- Advanced knowledge and experience with Databricks, including Delta Lake and Databricks SQL

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience leading and mentoring teams.
