Job Description
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process for various roles within the organization.
- Source candidates through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards, networking).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit.
- Interview candidates in-person or via video conferencing.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to attract talent.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruiting processes and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a senior role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
