Responsibilities

• Plan and organize examination schedules.
• Coordinate with academic departments to finalize exam timetables.
• Ensure the secure and confidential handling of exam materials.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of examination papers.
• Manage the logistics of examination venues and invigilation.
• Monitor the conduct of examinations to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle queries and grievances related to examinations.
• Supervise the evaluation and grading process.
• Coordinate the publication of examination results.
• Maintain accurate records of exams and results.
