Develop and curate a menu of unique and creative cocktails. Prepare and serve cocktails in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Mix and blend a variety of spirits, bitters, syrups, and other ingredients to create balanced and flavorful drinks. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of different types of spirits, including their flavor profiles and production processes. Create custom cocktails for individual customers based on their preferences and tastes. Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience. Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure that the bar is fully stocked. Maintain a clean and organized bar area and equipment.
