• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Provide information about products and services.

• Resolving queries on call and issues related to the products and services.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis in a systematic way.
• Role involves troubleshooting software issues, guiding customers and providing solutions, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team for resolution.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
