Analyst Relations Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Development : Build and maintain strong relationships with analysts at major firms, including Gartner, to enhance our visibility and reputation in the market.

Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align company strategies with analyst expectations and insights.

Market Intelligence : Monitor industry trends and analyst reports to provide actionable insights to senior management.

Communication Strategy : Develop and implement communication strategies that promote our brand and services to analysts.

Performance Tracking : Analyze and report on the effectiveness of analyst relations initiatives and suggest improvements.

Event Coordination : Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and meetings with analysts to foster relationships and promote our offerings.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or marketing, ideally within the technology or consulting sectors.

- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with analyst firms.

- Strong understanding of the industry landscape and competitive dynamics.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
